Arianna is a Certified Personal Trainer through ACE and is also CPR certified. With a Bachelors degree in Health Sciences from MCPHS, Arianna has a lot of knowledge about the human body. She is passionate about nutrition/fitness and even more so about helping her clients achieve healthy goals. Jake is CPR certified as well as a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Jake grew up with a love of running and has a long background in the sport of Track and Field. He believes that ensuring your body is healthy and strong takes precedence over all else. When programming sessions Jake incorporates exercises that will strongly challenge clients but are also fun and safe. Outside of the gym Jake enjoys running, riding his bike and hiking.
